Online Store Policy

Policies, item availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged. If you have any questions concerning these policies you may contact us.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors in our online catalog. Please note that if the terms and conditions stated on your order form differ from those stated on our invoice, and you do not notify us within 10 days, it will signify your acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in our invoice.

Payment Options

Sales Tax

Florida State residents will be assessed 7% sales tax.

International Orders

If you are placing an order from outside the continental United States, please read our Shipping Policies and Foreign Policies before placing your order.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or we will refund your money minus shipping and handling charges.
• Returns must be post marked within 5 days of receiving the package.
• Shipping and handling charges (minimum $8.95 due to the recent fuel cost spike from all shippers) are not refundable.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 8-24 hours of being submitted. In most cases, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days after it has been processed. Terrain prices are hand made and as such take a little longer to process. Terrain Orders will arrive within 10-12 business days after it has been processed. Occasionally your order may take longer to process, but if this is the case, we will contact you to let you know when you can expect your order to arrive.

Online Store Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the product or if a product is delivered to you damaged, do not discard the shipping box. Some Items can be returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 5 days of your receipt date, which is the date delivered to you by the shipper.

All returns are subject to the following:
• All products damaged in shipping must be returned with the original packaging for credit.
• Damaged products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
• Returns must be post marked within 5 days of receiving the package.
• Shipping and handling charges (minimum $8.95 due to the recent fuel cost spike from all shippers) are not refundable.

In-Store Return Policy

Rhubarb Games will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase on unopened products in their original package. The original receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.

Many of our products can be returned directly to the manufacturer. This is usually the case when you receive a box of minitures that may be missing parts.

Shipping Policies

We use low cost USPS, UPS and FEDEx Ground shipping to all addresses within the continental US.

Most orders ship within 24 hours but some orders we will ship within 72 hours as we replenish stock. If an item is on backorder we will let you know via e-mail and give you the option of removing the item from your order.

For overseas residence, please review our Foreign Orders Policy before ordering. We are happy to accept your order, and will ship using the fastest, most economic method possible, usually USPS Air Mail. You will only pay for the ACTUAL shipping cost + $3 USD handling. Overseas shipping normally cost between $15.00 - $35.00 depending on the size and weight of your order. You will be responsible for any additional duties, tariffs, taxes, or any other fees charged by your customs office.

What information do we collect?

When you order, we need your name, e-mail, billing address, shipping address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to fill your order and to contact you if the need arises. Orders can be placed into different status modes and you will be emailed about them.

If you subscribe to our mailing list, you will receive product and event updates.

How do we protect the information?

All the information collected is stored on a secure server and will never be used without your consent. Credit card payments are handled through PayPal. Visit the privacy policies page at the PayPal web site for information concerning their privacy policies.

Will you disclose this Information?

Never. This information is too precious to share it with anyone. We too hate Spam and unsolicited phone calls.

Do you use cookies?

We do use cookies to maintain your login information, but ONLY if you selected to do so. It is important for you NOT to select to use these if you share your computer.

Foreign Orders

We would love to accept your order, however, before we can accept your credit card payment we must be sure you are an authorized user of the credit card. We regret having to do this, but the majority of fraud on the internet originates from foreign countries.

In order to minimize this fraud, all orders must be entered using our shopping cart. We use PayPal for all our online credit card transactions. PayPal verifies your credit card and mailing information as part of their enrollment process.
